- Isaiah 65:8 “Thus saith the Lord, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all.”
- The cluster is our teams. We need to tap into the blessing that is in your cluster.
- Proverbs 20:5 “Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out.”
- Some problems require “deep water” problem-solving! We should draw that out in our meetings.
- There’s much more to your meetings than just talking.
- Your congregation will benefit the most by what comes out of your team in your meetings.
