The Bible tells us to go and make disciples. We are to help people become more disciplined after Christ. That is a leader.
The more that you lean on the Lord, the more you find success.
My leadership ability doesn’t come from the knowledge that I have; my leadership ability starts with God.
2 Corinthians 3:4-6 “Such confidence we have through Christ toward God. Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God, who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.”
GOD HAS MADE US ABLE AND ADEQUATE
If God has called you into a position, He’s made you adequate and able, through Him, to do everything you’ve been called to do.
